Why another blog when the web is already full of Project Planning and Scheduling websites and blogs? Well, most of them are full of advanced topics and theories as well as arguments about which is the best scheduling tool out there.

I believe a good number of Project Planners and Schedulers just want solutions to the issues they are facing at work with their scheduling tool and that is where this blog comes in. The main focus of this blog is on tips, tricks and workarounds in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6, the two scheduling software I am most familiar with.
